Dobbins, Fraker, Tennant, Joy & Perlstein, P.C. is a Martindale-Hubbell AV-rated general practice firm with special emphasis on civil litigation in state and federal courts, healthcare law and drainage law.  The firm was founded in 1894 by Oliver B. Dobbins.  One of its former partners, Donald C. Dobbins, was the first lawyer from Champaign County to be elected to the U.S. House of Representatives.  During the past century, the firm has played a significant role in the development of health care law and drainage law in the State of Illinois.
